Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, this villa sleeps 12 with a king in the master, queen in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 twin over full beds in the 3rd bedroom. This home also includes a leather sofa sleeper memory foam mattress, while each of the bedrooms boasts a plush cool gel memory foam mattress for your most comfortable nights from home. The kitchen is fully stocked to meet your kitchen needs, it has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a toaster, a blender, a hand mixer, coffee maker, tea pot, and more. This home includes cable on both of the large flat screen TV's capable of connection to your personal accounts such as netflix, Hulu, and etc. Both TV's are accessorized with new blue ray players and 50 mgs of high speed wireless internet. This roomy open concept home has beautiful mountain and water views, and is directly across the street from the clubhouse when going to the pools , hot tubs, fitness center, and putting green. It features two large seating areas, tables, chairs, and lounge area with a large BBQ grill.

It is a 20 minute drive to the Tuacahn Theater and is within a few miles from the recreation ares of Sand Hollow and Quail Creek, where you can enjoy a fun day of fishing, boating, and playing on the beach. Great location, beautiful home
We were looking for a place in St George, but found this in Washington City, not far from the freeway. Easy for us to get to where we needed to go. Home is across the street from the pool and club house. House is just beautiful and the layout so inviting. The host was great to check in to make sure everything was what we needed. House was well stocked with cooking needs, towels and bedding. Definitely a place we would visit again and recommend to all!

Lovely southern Utah residence
Delightful place to stay. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked which is great because we prefer to cook most of our own meals. Front patio was wonderful for morning and late afternoon relaxing and being outdoors. Nice neighborhood and not too far from the basic necessities when needed. Owner kept in touch all week and made sure everything was perfect.

Wonderful property!
We spent 8 wonderful nights at the Poolside Paradise Vacation Villa. The property was very comfortable and more spacious than the online pictures suggested. The kitchen and bathrooms were extremely well stocked which made us feel at home. The Coral Ridge community is a very nice setting and conveniently located to the parks and hiking trails. The few times we had questions Rick was very quick to respond. We would gladly stay at this property again!

Loved this ‘poolside paradise’
The home was clean and well furnished with everything you could need. Location is perfect, right across from the pool. Kiddos were disappointed the bunk bed weight limit was 65lbs, but their room was nice otherwise. Beds are comfortable, but slept a bit hot. Check out was easy and the host kind and responsive. This is our favorite VRBO in the area so far and we are eager to come back!

Excellent place to stay.
This is the best place to stay at Coral Ridge. The house is super clean and comfortable and is right across from the swimming pool. It’s in an excellent location, close to St. George and Hurricane where our daughter lives. The house is fully stocked with everything you need and it’s super clean. The owner is the best and answers any questions promptly . The swimming pools (there are two) are really nice and we enjoyed the hot tubs as well. This is our second time staying here and we will be back.

Great Decision for our Zion Trip
This was a fantastic property! It had everything we needed as a home base for our trips to Zion and St. George. hTe beds were comfy, there was more than enough space for us and the development was easily accessible to the highway. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

Everything we thought it would be and then some!
The ad for the unit was a perfect representation of the condo. The only exception would be the extras, like kitchen and cooking items I wouldn't expect to see stocked. This place exceeded our expectations for our stay. It was immaculate and conveniently located right across from the pool and clubhouse. The layout and the furnishings were first class, yet made you feel immediately right at home, even the BBQ. Absolutely no hick ups during our stay. Rick was a helpful and gracious host. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the St. George area for a vacation.

The BEST Place for a Large Family to Stay in St. George
I hesitate to give this review because I feel like we found the perfect place to stay when we come to St. George. I don't want it to be over-crowded the next time we try and book. Truth be told, if everyone knew how enjoyable our stay was, I can't imagine why you would stay anywhere else. There are so many good things to say about this condo. It handled our family of 9 with no problems. The beds are super-comfortable (my 14-year-old's description). When we left, my 5-year-old asked why we could not just live here from now on. I used the deep tub several times to soak my sore hip. The shower was massive. It was well-furnished. One of the things that impressed us the most was how well-stocked it was when we arrived. My wife and I realized that we packed too much stuff. We packed too many things for cooking. There were all of the spices and cooking supplies that we needed for the weekend's worth of meals. We were only 3 miles away from a Walmart--we forgot the sunscreen. My kids spent every possible moment in the swimming pools. Even with the other people in the sub-division, we did not feel like the pools were crowded. That was probably because there were two swimming pools and two hot tubs. We will definitely be staying at this specific condo again when we come to St. George.

We had a great stay at Poolside Paradise. The house was clean, well stocked kitchen, soft towels, soft bedding, etc. The location is across the street to the clubhouse with pool, foosball and ping pong for the kids. You have quick highway and interstate access.

We loved it!
Our family has stayed at many condos in the Coral Ridge area and we absolutely loved this one the most! The condo is located right across from the clubhouse/pools and when we weren't at ball games, our kids lived at the pool. The condo itself is beautiful, clean and perfect for our family of 6. Our kids loved playing the card games/board games that were at the condo and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to St. George.

A Great Base for Visiting Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon.
This was an incredible place to stay--very clean and stocked with everything you could ever need. It was directly across from the swimming pools (Yes, pools--there are two of them.), gym, and game room, and just one block from the fishing pond. In spite of its proximity to the action, the condo was very quiet. The only outside noise we heard while staying there was a thunderstorm. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the blinds and drapes really kept the morning sun out so you weren't awakened at the crack of dawn. There were also plenty of extra pillows, blankets, towels, and pool towels whenever you needed one. The condo is conveniently located, and within easy driving distance of stores, restaurants, churches, and Zion National Park. Bryce Canyon National Park is about 2-1/2 to 3 hours away, and Snow Canyon State Park, Tuachan Outdoor Theatre, Sand Hollow State Park, and Quail Ridge State Park are just minutes away. Rick is amazing to deal with. I had an extra day of vacation and called Rick to see if I could rent another day at the condo, or failing that, get a referral to someone who might have a property available. Rick assured me he would do everything he could to keep us in the condo, then visited with me for about 15 minutes--telling me about some nearby sites we should check out. About an hour later, he texted me to tell me we could stay another night at the condo at no additional cost. There aren't many owners that would extend that type of kindness to someone they barely knew. This is a great property and a great owner. I highly recommend it to everyone.
