Just needed a place to stay for one night

Hotel front desk agent wa very nice. Hotel is dated. The towels in the room were old and not very white anymore. Bed was comfortable

Broken

Seemed like everything was broken. It was a struggle getting into our room since the door knob was malfunctioning. It was hot at night since the ac wasn't cooling properly. Bathroom door knob was no good. Our tub was also clogged. Carpet was dirty. I don't think I would stay there again.

Convenient location, nice staff

Stayed here for two nights and had a great time. Very conveniently located. The hotel is a little older, so nothing fancy but well kept and nice. Great pool and hot tub.

clean and spacious

Pros: clean and easy to find. We didn't have to deal with loud noisy or rude behavior. The breakfast provided so much we were very pleased.
Everyone was pleasant and friendly. We certainly enjoyed the Mexican restaurant. Easy to get around.

Not worth the nightly rate

We only ended up staying one night. Front desk gave us the key to the wrong room, one that was obviously occupied and had a dog inside. Our room was clean, but smelled like cigarette smoke our whole stay. We really enjoyed the complementary breakfast though.

Disappointed

Booked this hotel while we were in St George to extend our vacation. Checked in at 4:30pm were given our keys and went to room with bags. Room was not ready and staff told us we could not go in room or leave bags. Stains on walls floors and sheets. Super noisy, indoor pool in lobby can hear from your room. I never write reviews or complain. I would never stay here again. Nothing like the pictures on the website and not worth the money we paid to stay. If the cost was less I would understand.

Good location

God spot in town. We had a room and it had a door to the pool. Way loud we have small children and they go to bed at 8. The pool closes at 10 there was no way this could happen WAY to loud. The ac did not work and I discussed it with the staff. They told me to turn the heat on for 5 min then reset and the ac would work. This only made the room hot and never cooled. Pool towels were gone most of the time. But breakfast was good the room was clean.

Staff was okay, the rooms were super dirty was not impressed at all. Won't be staying there again.

Location: Perfect location
Great room with fridge and microwave, great setup, amazing full breakfast with tons of options, awesome indoor-outdoor pool. We love it here. They also have fun features like a pool table and ping pong. Great staff. Just a great experience.

Updated rooms

Pros: The staff and room.
Checked in late, very sweet gal at the check-in helped me through a mix-up(my bad). Seemed a bit dated on the exterior, but the room was clean, fresh and very comfortable with nice amenities. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
