Our host was very responsive to our needs and the house was clean and it. Had everything we needed. The community club house was clean clean and had plenty of activities for the whole family. Great jump off point to visit Kolob Canyon.

Fair • beautiful views

This condo had beautiful views, new appliances and an easy check in process. The unit wasn't clean spilled food in the refrigerator dishwasher full) broken blinds, limited kitchen (nothing, not even salt & pepper). We were never able to get the TV's working (no, welcome notebook with housekeeping items) . The location was great, parking great and views are incredible.

Weekend trip to St. George

When we walked in the place was beautiful! The pictures almost didn't do it justice. Everything was clean and nice. The kids loved sleeping in the bunk beds and that master bedroom and bathroom were huge! We were in St. George to visit family and the huge open living room and kitchen area were perfect. Plenty of seating to eat and relax. Being on the first floor was also great because the kids could play outside while the grown ups visited. It was also a super short walk to the club house with a bunch of pools and other activities. My kids already are asking if we can stay at this condo the next time we come to St. George and it's a definite yes from me!

Simple and comfortable

Everything was great should of labeled the remote controllers to match the different rooms. Need more instructions on use of the house, Air Conditioner, Dishwasher, Garbage disposal. Guest bedroom did not have any cable TV. Listing rep[resented a TV in the bedroom.

Didn’t provide enough basics

We stayed an entire week and there wasn’t enough toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. It was annoying to be on vacation and have to buy that stuff. If we pay for a week, there should be a week’s worth of those things. Also, the management company didn’t respond the first day when we couldn’t get the tv to work.

Loved our stay at Las Palmas

Shared this with another family. The space was large and never felt cramped. Large bathrooms and big rooms that let you have your privacy. Beautiful views. The club house and pools and sports on property (basketball, shuffle board, corn hole, pickleball) entertained the kids. Would definitely book this again!

Lots of little problems

The wrong code was given to us so we couldn’t get in right away when we arrived. Emergency line answered and gave us correct cod thankfully. Other issues that affected our stay No pool keys at house- delivered after we reached out Pool said open til 10pm but closed at 8:45pm Toilets broke plumber came Hot water heater broke plumber came Ran out of toilet paper Counters and sinks were clean but a disgusting amount of dust build up, napkins and stuff behind beds and in corners etc Dark space without much overhead lighting and place was quite a ways away from things. Pam was very helpful and responsive. Place was acceptable but not worth what they charged.

This unit was perfect for our group of 5. When we requested more towels and amenities for our 10 day stay and had questions about the TV, they were dealt with that day and resolved. More kitchen utensils would have been nice and the carpet needs shampooed but overall we had a very nice stay.

Comfortable with perfect location

Million dollar view, 1 min walk to the clubhouse with main pools (1 indoor, 1 outdoor large, 1 with waterslides, 1 kiddie pool, 1 splash pad). Comfy beds. 2 air conditioning zones. Brand new kitchen appliances. Note, there is a exterior hot tub in the picture, but it is not a functional. Incredible 11 mile paved bike trail at the bottom of the approach hill, I rode its entirety over a dozen times. Quick access to the rest of St George and the highway.

Nice apartment for St George

We like to go to Las Palmas for the amenities. This rental was spacious. The TV in spare room may need new batteries for remote. Otherwise nice stay. Has a lot of mirrors. my children were very happy to see and touch.

Good family condo!

This condo was a good spot for our family trip to St. George. The pools and other activities available were definitely a big draw. One of the bedrooms had almost zero lighting however which was a drawback, and there is a tv advertised in that same bedroom that wasn’t there when we arrived. The common areas were nice and roomy, but the patio was dirty with a ripped cover hanging off the barbecue and an unusable hot tub in along up most of the space.

Nice home some maintenance issues

The condo was clean and relatively well stocked. Very disappointed that they don't keep hot tub working for guests. The main center was a little run down, but they were doing some maintenance on it.

We picked this location for the hot tubs available, when we arrived we found the hot tub at the condo was out of service and the community tubs were not very hot. We also found there was not enough hot water to fill the tubs. Other wise enjoyed the stay

Cleanliness a big issue!

The condo was great but not clean☹️☹️ There was a dirty diaper under one of the beds, nut shells and half eaten candy bars left in the living area. There was an open bottle of Aleve behind the couch by the door. We contacted the owner and they assured us they would refund the cleaning fee but I haven’t seen it yet snd that was over 20 days ago.

Beautiful space

Overall very nice place, perfect for a family or just a couples getaway. The accommodations were amazing. Large swimming pool, just far enough away from the city where it’s nice and quiet but close enough to grab what you need. We would definitely stay here again!!
