  • Home has TWO PRIVATE master bedrooms and two separate living areas, there is room for everyone to do just as they please! Sunbathe poolside or sit on either one of two covered decks and enjoy the cool sea breeze. When you are ready for a stroll, follow your private beach access with private boardwalk to the beach and plunge into the Gulf's blue-green waters.

    BEDS: 2 kings, 2 queens, 1 double/single bunk, 1 queen hide-a-bed

    AMENITIES: 6 TVs, 2 DVD players, 2 living areas, 2 master suites, kid's bunk room in loft area, well equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, Jacuzzi tub, electric fireplace, covered deck, outdoor shower, fish cleaning sink, private boardwalk to beach, gas grill.

Our family came down to St. George Island to celebrate being together and spending quality time with our children and granddaughter. The house was just as described. Plenty of room to visit, cook, meals together, and enjoy being right on the beach. Our host Gordon was so very helpful answering any questions we had. We would definitely come back and stay again at this beautiful property.

Away from the hustle and bustle of 30A, especially during a holiday week! The close proximity of the beach house, pool, and private boardwalk to beach was so convenient! Beautiful sunrise walks and evening walks to Sikes Cut for sunset made this location special! We enjoyed biking along the many pathways! The surf was great for boogie boarding, fun building sand castles, and shell collecting were among our favorite memories. Overall a great family beach trip!

Our family had a great time at A Reel Deal. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Easy access to the beach and we enjoyed having the pool. We would stay there again.

Beautiful home with great view of ocean. Six adults and 3 kids, our family had a wonderful time! Many trips booked through Vrbo but have never had a more attentive host as Gordon.

Great house for families

The property is well kept, and a great location for families to enjoy a week at the beach. The house and pool were clean and inviting. The beach wasn't crowded, and overall we had an enjoyable week.

Location on the Gulf was primo. Private pool was one of the best features. It was a pretty pool with great landscaping. Large kitchen. The owner was a great communicator and responsive to all of our questions.

Great location ! House was well maintained and perfect for our beach getaway. Pet friendly a big plus. The property manager/home owner was excellent to work with and made the whole process a breeze.

Great family trip

We had a wonderful and relaxing time. The house was perfect for the family to visit together with lots of seating and open concept. Clean. Quick to go back and forth between the house, the beach, and the pool.

Beach Front House

The house and Gulf front location with a large pool was perfect for our family. The large FR, breakfast bar, dining table (hard to find) & 3 BR + loft bunk beds accommodated all of us comfortably. For our next beach vacation, I’m sure we will be back.

Perfection!

I cannot praise this property enough! My family and I have stayed on the island for almost 30 years and this is by far our favorite house. The location, the floor plan, the cleanliness, and the host are exceptional. I cannot wait to book for next year.

Gorgeous house and we have never stayed with an owner who is so diligent. The kitchen is more well stocked than any house there! Lots of room for everyone, walk right out onto the beach! Gorgeous!
