The house location right on the ocean (with a private pool!!) coupled with the proximity to the restaurants simply cannot be matched elsewhere. The house is beautiful. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dishes. The only thing that stopped this from being a 5 star review in all areas was the dryer was not working for most of the vacation. The rental management company was responsive, brought over more beach and bath towels but dryer needed to be fixed by an outside service contractor. Parts were ordered and didn't come. We had a large group from the ages 8 months to 65 yrs. A working dryer was a necessity. The Hot Tub is a spa tub and jets do not work. My family loved it.
