Check in took longer than expected but Mike at the front check was professional, funny and friendly. Jeffery was always friendly when he greeted me and concerned for my safety and provided me info on how to be safe. Walking into the hotel it looked glamorous walking into my room nope. Rust on the rim of the door, the ocean view from where my room was, I had the air conditioning units to the left of me that I couldn’t hear the ocean. No balcony screen. The bathroom vent and air conditioning vents were disgusting, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned nor changed and again rusty. The sheets may have been cleaned but had stains. The air conditioning couldn’t go passed 75 degrees and it was still too cold with an annoying loud noise every time it kicked in. No toiletries in the bathrooms. Just bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash. What happened to the sink? The a the room light dim couldn’t see. Following week bastantes at a Marriott, way better more hot to date and modern. Will not be going to another Hilton ever again and I will be advised my friends and family as well. Your think the Hilton’s are wealthy, put some of that wealth back into your hotels and staff.
