This property is connecting to another with shared entrance. There is very poor sound insulation and you can hear every word and movement of other tenants. Also the owner had great communication but we could not figure out the tv and remotes were extremely hard to work. I own a vacation rental and would recommend instructions in the property. Some of the K-pods caused a huge mess so we were anxious about using the Keurig and didn't buy coffee from the store because there were K-pods (cheap K-pods are the cause). You can walk to breakfast, lunch and dinner. The location has a great friendly vibe. If I ever travel to St. Louis again this will be my choice for lodging. ##### Craig f. The neighborhood was a good location for us, and there were many good restaurants nearby. Most had takeout. One suggestion, it would be great to light the entry to the building, as it is hard to see the numbers in the keypad in the dark. Beds were very comfortable! ##### Meredith S.
