Cozy apartment, great neighborhood

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed here and we really appreciate the beautiful neighborhood, the cozy and clean apartment, and the friendly and flexible hosts. Definitely recommend!

Lovely view

This house overlooks a beautiful quiet park with lots of walkers and joggers and families and their pets. Short drive to good restaurants and fun things to see and do. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back.

Loved it!

This was a wonderful place to stay! Very comfortable and well kept. Plenty of sleeping space for our family of four. The neighborhood is adorable and we loved the park across the street. Would definitely recommend it and would stay here again without hesitation!

Delightful stay

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this quiet, comfortable home. When we weren’t out enjoying antique shopping nearby we appreciated the lovely view of the park across the street. The neighborhood felt safe and it was pleasant to see so many walkers enjoying the quiet park. Lots of parking available in front or just steps across the street. We look forward to staying again.

Beautiful House and Location

We were down for a wedding and loved the ease of getting to the wedding and back again. Park across the street was beautiful. Loved watching all the dog walkers! Even got a game of Pickleball in. Thanks Sue for your patience with all my questions. We will stay here again!

Don't reserve this property

We reserved & paid in January 2023 for Memorial day weekend. I messaged the property contact 2 hours before our arrival asking about check-in procedure. Property manager responded that they had no knowledge of our reservation. Called VRBO & spent 40 minutes explaining and proving reservation. Upshot was host would not honor our prepaid reservation & we had to find somewhere else to stay.

Perfect location, easy check-in, lovely time

I live near this property in St. Louis Hills and booked it for my friends coming to visit from England. It was perfect! Susan's communication was excellent, check-in directions were clear and the space was large, bright and comfortable. My friends enjoyed having their own space and absolutely loved walking through Francis Park. And I loved having them close. I will be booking this property again whenever I have family or friends visit. I highly recommend!!

Cute, traditional St. Louis style home. We had a family member with us who had just had hip surgery, and we were unaware of the amount of stairs there were, but he managed to slowly navigate up and down safely. The rooms were sufficient for what we needed. We brought a queen size air mattress for the kids and were able to put it in the sunroom off of the bedrooms without much trouble. Overall, a cute home next to a nice park and within a short distance of family friendly activities.

This apartment was spacious and cozy with multiple places to sit to eat and visit and enjoy the view of Francis Park. It is in a Lovely neighborhood and the host is very responsive. The WiFi is not very good- weak signal but that’s the only criticism.

Great St Louis Location

The location of this property is in a very nice (safe) neighborhood and it is centrally located to get to the most popular St Louis activities in a short time. The beds are comfortable and there's plenty of seating for a group. The listing is accurate. We will stay here again!
