The laundry was very useful. It is connected to the cruise ship terminal, so very convenient. Also plenty of shopping and restaurants, etc. In walking distance. My only complaint is the NOISE! Every night, all night, people walking back from partying, talking loudly, revving motorcycles just outside the room, etc. Big trucks coming in to resupply the cruise ships at 4 am. Neighbouring room was very close and walls a bit thin, so not so quiet. Air conditioning/heating was on automatic and no remote to change this. Kitchen area was good, but we had five people and only four of everything. "Our family absolutely loves Cordis, it was the perfect staycation for our family. We had 3 rooms between us with access to the club lounge which was a great experience. Room was clean, tidy and spacious.
The pool facilities are also great with the heated pool, jacuzzi, herbal steam room, sauna and 360 shower is good fun.
Breakfast was lovely, so much to choose from, we couldn’t stop eating.
We also booked dinner at Eight restaurant and we would like to thank Molly for her warm and welcoming...

"This Hotel was beyond my expectations. I have stayed at other hotels in Auckland over recent years and the luxury this hotel emanates was above what we expected. Staff were accomodating in every which way, whether that was directions, food recommendations etc. All processes were smooth, check in/check out was incredibly swift and easy. TOTALLY, and I mean TOTALLY recommend!"
