"10/10 stay! This property is beautiful. They have done an amazing job of incorporating the old factory into the rooms and common spaces. Staff were beyond friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautiful , spacious, comfortable, and with every convenience you could want. The restaurant food and service were also outstanding. Would not hesitate to recommend and stay here again in the future. It’s worth the trip to London alone! "

"Whenever we come to London after having moved out of the city we always choose Best Western. Everyone is always so nice and tries to help as fast as they can in any way possible. The beds and rooms are always so clean with clean sheets, the food for breakfast is always great. We also heard a housekeeper cleaning a bathtub while passing by a room which made us even more confident in the cleanliness of the rooms."

"This hotel was great. Clean. Friendly service. Parking was convenient underground. Great location. The only thing I was sad about was in the pictures they showed bathrobes in the room and there were no bathrobes in the room. 1st world problem so i got over it. Thanks for the great stay!"

"Upon driving up to your hotel, we saw a homeless encampment next to the hotel. I felt unsafe at this hotel. When we went to bed to sleep, our sheets were wet at the bottom so we had to get another set of sheets to cover the wet. The shower was awful! There was a leak in the shower head pouring water out of the shower onto the floor. Im not impressed with this hotel at this location. I did not enjoy my stay unfortunately 😔 "
