Not the best neighbourhood but security is there. Parking lot full of people playing soccer when trying to park and people hanging out back there. Hotel was clean, room clean, great A/C and comfy beds. Curtains don’t close though so can’t sleep in unless you can sleep in the day light.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. AC is very loud. Area around the hotel is pretty sketchy. Folks were passed out in the parking garage.

Hotel was nice and clean, excellent rates but there are unsavory people hanging about all around the property. Not the hotels fault!! Great restaurants within walking distance but dont go alone!!

The property was average. It was ok for sleeping. The beds were comfortable and it was a quiet environment. If you wanted a snack from a vending machine, it was change only and no place to break down bills. Credit cards weren't an option. Drug users outside made entry a bit uncomfortable.

The staff was superb, very friendly and efficient! Our executive suite was very roomy, but extremely old and outdated. The mattress on the pullout couch had springs sticking out. The location is excellent in terms of its proximity to local attractions, which is why we chose to stay here. It was inconvenient to park, as the parking is underground but you have to come in through the main entrance of the hotel to access your room. Homelessness is a big problem around this area of London too. They were camped out and shooting up in the underground parking area which made us feel very unsafe.

There are only 2 elevators, and one was not working. During breakfast (I assume a day shift) there is a security guard at a table in the lobby. Coming back to the hotel somewhat late on Saturday night, there are crack addicts in the street in front of the hotel, but no security inside, or out.

Close proximity to venues and great restaurants. Building is dated but clean and the new management said they were going to start updating the building. Impressed with the continental breakfast offerings.

I liked everything about my room. It eas beautiful and comfortable. Thr only thing i didn't enjoy was that the air-conditioning wasn't on all through the night. I was hot and sweaty and uncomfortable because of that

The hotel is in downtown core which makes it easy to see downtown parks and market. I have stayed at hotel under different management in the past. The breakfast facilities are good but most food appears to be made offsite and heavily packaged and processed and with very few fresh options. The hotel is clean and the staff is polite.

Nice room. Comfortable. friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Underground parking (extra $) Area immediatly around hotel isnt the safest or best but thats not their fault- just something to be aware of when going out.
