Most of the front desk staff have good customer's service. House keeping is excellent, good variety of breakfast, and bars served great afternoon tea. The negative thing I could say, the bathroom room was squeaky it could do with a bit of oil or wd40, but it didn't bother us only during the night when it's late consider the other holiday makers might been awaken by the squeaky door.

The staff in all parts of the hotel were pleasant, friendly and nothing seemed a problem Excellent restaurant overseen by Mary the manager And Marisa The only problem I found was the public transport The NO14 bus was fine to go to Silema or Valetta Coming back you have to get the NO q14 to Pembroke Park and ride This is the last stop DO NOT GET OFF It will go round the housing scheme and stop at the bus stop near the hotel where you got on Your ticket is valid for 2hours DO NOT BUY ANOTHER ONE Otherwise you can walk up the hill from the towm N

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Radisson Blu, Golden Sands. There was nothing to dislike. The hotel position on Golden Bay is excellent, the furnishings, decor and atmosphere are splendid and all the staff were the friendliest and most polite that we have encountered in a long time. ( An extremely modern hotel with old fashioned charm and manners.) This hotel was spotlessly clean and the smell when entering was beautiful. It was a pleasure to stay here and we will most definitely stay again when we return to Malta.
