Very mid. Nothing worth changing rooms over, but sink didn't drain, the room was very humid despite the a/c, the shower and bath always ran together instead of separate, etc. A lot of surrounding construction and obstructed views, but a short walk to the sun runner.

Nicely positioned to most downtown activities in Saint Petersburg, this hotel is clean, modern and spacious. The common areas are comfortable and accessible. Check in was easy, parking not so much as the required valet system was overloaded at 4PM. Our room was clean and well supplied. The elevators were slow and a bit worn looking. The pool area was lovely.

The hotel is pretty outdated, and our carpet had some stains, plus the toilet was running a lot even when not using it. But other than that, it's on a great location, the bed was super comfortable, and the hotel amenities were very nice!
