“Great location in Old Town. Clean and spacious room, nice amenities, comfortable bed. Replenished our coffee, and other sundries, with clean towels daily. We were able to store our luggage upon an early arrival before check in, and they assisted with carrying it up the steep flights of stairs (the only drawback, but we discovered you can't get away frrom that in Croatia!)”

“Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. There's a view of the tower from the window. The giant soaking tub was a nice bonus. We stayed here for eleven nights. Half those nights there were large concerts in the Stradun (including on New Years Eve), but with the windows closed we slept through the noise. There are quite a few stairs though...we counted one humdred and sixty from the reception to the room itself. Since we're from Denver, this daily hike was welcomed, but might be a……

No lift, same as many other hotels/apartments in the old town, so you have to walk upstairs to the floor you stay. Staffs are very nice. They allow us to drop luggages in reception before check-in time, and helped us moving the luggages upstairs to our room. Breakfast is quite nice, freshly prepared. Love the coffee they prepared! The balcony is a tiny one, but it has quite a nice view. "

"On the first night of my stay, the showerhead broke halfway through my shower, and the water temperature was hard to control. I ended up finishing the shower in a very awkward and uncomfortable way. Later, when I was about to go to sleep, I found that the air conditioner remote had no batteries, so I had to go the whole night without any air conditioning. When I told the hostess, she assumed I was the one who broke it. Upon checkout, she asked me for €20 for the city tax, even though I had already given it to her husband on the first day. Her response was, “Oh! Maybe I forgot!”"
