We love that all three bedrooms have a beach view and a porch. The condo is clean and nicely furnished, but not so fancy that you feel you can't relax and be yourself. The view from the living room and porch is amazing. That was the most difficult part about leaving was giving up that view! We have stayed in several complexes over the last twenty six years at St. Simon's, and North Breakers is one of our favorites. The complex and pool area are well-managed and clean.
