The staff were very attentive and helpful. They arranged my airport transfer, helped me with directions and even provided an American electrical plug (the hotel has no USB plugs to charge electrionics). The breakfast buffet was awesome, pasties, cooked to order omelets, cereals, a very nice assortment. In general, it was a great stay at this hotel. If ever I decide to go to Vienna again, I will stay here."
