“Spacious and quiet place. The bed is great and the comfy balcony with a vista of the eclectic neighborhood is great for sunny breakfasts! You can glimpse the Intercontinental Hotel from the little window of the well-equipped kitchen (in need of a little paint retouch). The living could be livelier with more decoration (a rug?) other than plastic flowers. Overall very nice for the price; close both to the city axis (Magheru Blvd) and quainter streets in the historic Sector 2\. ”

“The front desk staff was NOT friendly and helpful! No smile all the time especially the young girl! Overcharged my room at checkout though had reconfirmed price one night before! No one manned the Conceige desk at time of checkout and wanted to get a taxi to airport. We waited with 2 big baggages at entrance of hotel but taxis just passed by and did not stop for us. After about 15 minutes, I went back and queued up at front desk and asked for help. The young girl then called her colleague……

“The staff here are top class they’ll make you feel like royalty with their thoughtfulness and professionalism. The room was beautiful I was impressed with the details - everything from the kettle to the phone and the pillows matched the decor and theme. The room was clean and the temperature control was spot on. They breakfast is delicious and the dining room is stunning.
