Quiet, friendly, peaceful neighborhood. Historic remodel completed in this 2000 sq ft three bedroom two ½ and bath home within walking distance to many of Statesville's best eateries. Only minutes away from Lake Norman State Park's boat launch.

The 250 sq foot unit includes a private room, entrance & luxury bathroom featuring both dual sinks and shower heads. There is also an in-unit kitchenette featuring a Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge/freezer, & microwave.
Free wifi, television, iron & Ironing board, hairdryer, luggage rack, and clothes hangers.
Free street parking is also readily available in front of the building.
Guest access:
Laundry facilities are available when scheduled in advance.
The front yard and backyard are available for guests, both two and four-legged.

Great place. Very Comfortable. Nicely decorated and fully stocked with great little additions. Loved the location for a nice walk downtown for dinner. Only request, add a step stool for the bed for those of us that are vertically challenged. :-)

All Star Race
This adorable, cozy wonderful 1br/1ba in a historic home was wonderful. My husband and I travelled to NC to attend the All Star race at the iconic North Wilkesboro speedway. We wanted something close but not too close and this place was perfect. Jaime is very quick to get back to you, she was always available. The king bed is extremely comfortable and the bathroom was awesome. A large shower with 2 showerheads, one of which was a rain shower head. So yummy. Since we were gone most of the day and night the small fridge and Keurig coffee maker was perfect for us. Nicely decorated with floor to ceiling curtains. We will most definitely stay here when we return
