The living area has a large flat screen TV and comfortable furnishing, including a queen size sleeper sofa. The galley kitchen has all of the appliances you need and counter seating for three. The full bathroom is on the main floor, a crisp, clean feel with tiled bath/shower and vanity. The wrought iron spiral stairs lead to the loft bedroom, which has a large, king size bed. A sun shade on the upper picture windows keeps this condo cool in summer and allows for a great night's sleep any time of the year.

This condo is perfect for couples or families with small children.

The Rockies complex is just 400 yards to the Ski Base Area/Gondola Square (5 minute walk) and features large heated pool, 2 hot tubs, gas BBQ grilling area, very large parking lot and yard. During the summer, there is a sand volleyball court out back.

The unit comes with a private ski locker just outside the door.
