“My son and I stayed here for a baseball tourney for a long weekend. Location was in the middle of all the fields, had everything we needed and was very clean! We’d definitely stay again!”

“Location was good for our purposes. There is some road noise, but not terrible. When we got back to the unit, my husband and son were standing outside while my husband smoked a cigarette prior to our going to bed. The resident downstairs came out and reprimanded them for being loud. They were just chatting at normal talking levels. I’m not sure what his issue was, but they were not loud. I was inside our unit and I couldn’t hear them. We recommend the property highly. It was clean and tidy. ”

“We loved being so close to campus as well as such a variety of shops and restaurants. The unit was super comfortable and unique. We brought our high school seniors to check out Arkansas and watch a football game. This was the perfect accommodation as we had plenty of room and everyone had their privacy. It was nice to have both upstairs and downstairs spaces.”

“Wonderful property, with so many extra touches! Great location and responsive management. Please note there is a very big construction project just outside of the property- facing the balcony. They worked on Saturday, but didn’t disturb us from inside the apartment. ”
