“The room was very clean, however, it is not senior friendly - no grab bars in the bathroom (no towel bars either). We had a first floor room, however, there are three steps (first is very steep) to go down which was an issue for my husband who has mobility issues. They allow pets, but no bags or trash container for clean up. Also appeared to be in odor in the hall.”

“the rooms were clean, the breakfast ok, parking is adequate. I was not familiar with the Spark hotels - I like to use the Hilton hotels when I travel. Spark is very bare bones. For instance, I thought furniture was missing in the room I was first assigned. The front desk attendant moved me to a different room and explained the theory behind Spark. Danielle was excellent and made sure I was happy and assisted me when I forgot some jewelry. If I am ever in Front Royal again, I would stay……

“The room was ok. Did its job for a quick one night stay. The shuttle was broken so we couldn’t take that to the casino. There was a lot of noise outside of the room through out the night. There was also a lot of ants. Had to throw out the cups and some of our food. I asked for a discount, but as of yet they did not give me one.”
