“Nice property in a beautiful location adjacent to Jiminy Creek mountain resort. Very nice restaurant, bar and convenience store and breakfast/sandwich shop on site. Host was attentive and helpful. There were a number of water-related "gadgets" in the room. We couldn't figure out how any of them worked. But the massage chair worked well and we enjoyed that thoroughly! Overall very nice and i would stay there again.”

“Great location. Up to date amenities in the kitchen and bath. Nice common area. The kids room had bunks as described. Communication with the host was good. It’s a cute place. A few things to note that affected my enjoyment. There are missing curtains/blinds in the common area where the pull out couch is located. You will not have privacy from surrounding buildings and condos seeing in your windows or the sun waking you up at 7am. There is NOT a King size bed in the master. It’s a double bed and……

“Host was proactive in communication and answer each and every question.”

“The apartment itself is very clean and perfect for what we needed - a quick 2 night stay. The pool, hot tub and Jiminy Peak right there was great. Howie, the owner, was excellent with communication. Not his fault, the Country Inn itself is a bit outdated yet front desk assistants were so nice and friendly.”

“Wonderful stay, everything was exactly as described. Communication with host was exceptional. ”

“Our stay at the Hancock Village Inn was spectacular! We rented the Inn for my daughter’s graduation from Williams College. The multitude of bedrooms and bathrooms meant our entire extended family could comfortably stay together. The fully (yes- fully!) stocked kitchen allowed us to cook for our large group easily. Working with the Tafe family was wonderful–they really do go above and beyond! John allowed me a tour the house when I was up visiting my daughter in advance of our stay–so kind!……

“I chose this place at the very last minute. It was all that I expected and wanted and more: two bedrooms with three beds, a comfortable living space, two full bathrooms, kitchen with all the basic necessities, TV in each bedroom and in the living room, a dining table and chairs, an outside porch with table, a big open space, and grill, easy parking and access, quiet, .and access to two pools. The place was well tended: clean, with towels and extras blankets ready. Howard, the owner, checked on……

“The lake house was not only big enough for entertaining our extended family of 10, but fully equipped for fun down on the lake. We loved the kayaks, the stand up paddle boards, and the kids and teens loved swimming off of and playing on the foam floating mat. We lounged around the fire pit and roasted marshmallows for s’mores one night. And the icing on the cake was that our three senior dogs could be with us, so we brought along a couch cover and kept the lawn clean so that the owner might……

“A beautiful property with a very communicative host. Check in was easy, and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend this property and host!”

“Great location and property. thank you”

“Charming and very awesomely quirky farmhouse. Definitely like stepping back in time. Great vibe and atmosphere for a stay in The Berkshires. Much of the house is original, which makes it special. Beds were super comfortable. Great stay for a visit to Tanglewood with family. Communication with owner was excellent.”
