“Check in was easy and staff very friendly. I would suggest maybe someone to be available to help guests get to the rooms. I was in lounge and many people walked in, turned around, came back, etc. Only being there a couple hours I ended up helping many people get to where they needed to be. Ashley and Allison from Skyline were incredibly nice and a joy to be around. One suggestion is to have Miller Light bottles available. “The WiFi is really bad. I can’t access to the internet while staying in the room. The hotel deliberately tries to drag you out of the room to the casino and the racetrack. When I called the front desk and complained about wifi service, all they told me is “well sir, it turns out you are in a dead spot. Sorry” This is absurd, not everyone comes here is for the casino and racetrack. I’m on a business trip, and it’s a just a stopping by.”
