Fantastic Oasis Home in Stevens Point with fully enclosed fence for backyard!
- We have oil painting in all the rooms, come and look! Located in central Stevens point, close to UWSP (drive in 5 minutes), Sentry world and the Hospital. Perfect location for family gather and parents visit! This entire one side luxury duplex needs only 1 min drive to Krik trip, Walgreens, and UPS. We have 1 queen bed (with a trundle bed), and another queen bed at different bedrooms. A twin bed and a second living with a bar and TV in the basement. Please note this is the entire right unit of this side-by-side duplex, offering a truly exclusive experience. With its own separate entrance, separate fully fenced backyard, and no shared walls (except just the garage) with the neighboring unit, you'll enjoy the complete privacy and independence.
