Room wasn’t clean/ dirty side tables.
Check in is odd. 6pm check in and you pick up a phone and then staff come out to help.
Turn on heat and it smelled like dust immediately.
I didn’t have the nice floors in my room, but the carpet appeared pretty new.
The view was 0 starts.
My window opened to tire level of the parking lot.
It was quiet, and the breakfast was as you would expect.
Adequate for an unexpected stay.

Rooms are getting old and need improvements. Paid through Expedia then charged $4.89 additional at check in for parking lot maintenance. Breakfast okay, nothing special. Elevator sounds like you are going to get stuck.
Prices are high for the quality.

First the toilet clogged n wouldn’t flush. It took about 10 calls to the front desk before anyone answered. Next the bath tub wasn’t draining. I had 2 rooms for 2 nights. This all happened on the second night. I don’t recommend this hotel.

We appreciate how they go out of their way to cater to families with patients in the hospital. After sitting in the surgical waiting room all day, it was such a wonderful surprise to be offered a bowl of hot soup to take up to our room for the night. We certainly did not feel like eating out ...
