Generally, we found the staff at Mayo Clinic and others met in Rochester very friendly and helpful. The Indigo hotel staff not so much.

Stayed just overnght to meet family. Very comfortable stay with everything we needed. I did wish they had some streaming options, however.

I did'nt like the parking very tight spaces. My room was nice and clean later at night our AC started leaking water. They would fix next day but the dripping was too noisy and had to get moved to another room.
