“Our room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. We loved how the mini fridge had a small freezer. We were a little sad that the hot tub was under construction during a stay, but that would not stop us from staying again. The breakfast provided was well stocked with a variety of items and everything was fresh and hot. We will stay here if given the chance to come back to Stilwell again.”

“Clean room, but checking in with a disaster. I didn’t know who the front desk person was talking to me her manager, the phone or another guest not attentive at all then going up to my room soda pop it been spilt all over the lobby and I stuck to the floor. I had to alert the front desk attendant and she said oh housekeeping just left now it’s up to me that is not a team you built.”

“Two of us had to go to Van Buren and I made reservations thru Expedia when I called to let them know we were in town they couldn’t find my reservation when I called back to see if it show up in system lady said she couldn’t reach me and my card declined so she canceled my reservation. I told her that wasn’t possible it showed pending. She said it would come off in a day or two. When we arrived at motel my friend paid and we left next morning. Once I got home I checked my account and payment……
