Our beds were very comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was very good, particularly the scrambled eggs! We would like to have had our dinner in the hotel but the menu was basic in the extreme. Burgers, burgers and more burgers. To be fair the hotel had just changed ownership two days before our stay, so hopefully the evening meals will improve.

Large spacious room with comfortable bed, clean throughout. Old village pub which could maybe benefit from some minor maintenance here and there. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and the full Scottish breakfast was superb.

Our stay at the Inn at Kippen was wonderful although too short : the warm welcome on arrival, the room, bathroom and bed, the restaurant and bar, the food both at dinner and breakfast, couldn’t have been more comfortable, better and more pleasant.

Property in a poor state. No TV or WiFi in late evening. Could not get into breakfast room at 8.30, staff eventually came and opened up. The cooked breakfast was good. No evening meals available, bar was closed when we returned at 10.15 pm. Bathroom floor tiles were broken.

The Inn is very quaint. Our room was huge, clean and quiet! We ate in the dining room and the food was delicious. Breakfast was plentiful, and the garden off the pub was a nice place to end the day.
