It was too dark and late so we stayed but it is a hovel. Find something not as awful. Broken cars and sheets like an institution.

I had and excellent stay here at Waterloo in the staff was very welcoming and friendly the room was super clean housekeeping was very helpful. I definitely recommend staying.

Absolutely no soundproofing. Had to listen to someone upstairs shouting all night, walking around in heels (?) and apparently throwing luggage around? Canceled my second night because I barely slept the first night. Also, the room is not very comfortable-- the only lights are super-bright recessed ceiling lights, no bedside lamps. It's probably an ok choice on a quiet weeknight but don't expect any rest on a weekend.
