Cute spot, very private
Apt over garage. Cute, neat, tidy and well equipped. Great location for walking, not for parking. Street only. Entrance is up a narrow set of stairs at the rear of the property.

Adorable Apartment!
My husband and I had a lovely stay at Scott's apartment! The apartment was clean, tidy, nicely furnished and well equipped for a weekend stay. It is located over a garage behind a lovely historic home. . .there is a court yard between the main house and garage which is equipped with furniture, fire pits and an outdoor shower. The apartment is located in Stonington Borough which is a little gem of a New England town with lovely coastal and beach views, beautiful colonial architecture and historic homes. We enjoyed our visit to the Lighthouse Museum which is a five minute walk from the home as well as several excellent restaurants and interesting shops which were all a short walk away. There are also some beautiful walks along the water. It is a short ten minute drive from Mystic which has many shops and restaurants to offer. All in all, we would highly recommend Scott's apartment and we will return!

Great Family Space
This place was awesome for our small family getaway. We wanted to be near water and the home was in a perfect location. We enjoyed our morning walks to the lighthouse and the town views were amazing. The space was adorable, comfortabe, accomodating, and quiet - all within a short drive to the bussle of Mystic. Would highly recommend!

We love everything about Stonington Borough. We’ve been coming for over 20 years and it never disappoints. Scott, our host was wonderful. Our fav restaurants are right here in the borough..walking distance to everything. Highly recommend staying at Scott’s place.

This property was all it was advertised to be, and we loved staying there. I would only suggest that the following be added: 2 sheets for the pullout bed instead of just 1, and more hooks in the bathroom for towels. I would definitely highly recommend 14 School for others.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway
This apartment was perfect for a long weekend getaway. It is close to several beaches. We enjoyed the central location between Mystic, CT, and Westerly, RI as it gave us plenty of options when it came to activities. There is no shortage of fun to be had here. The apartment itself is very clean and comfortable. We used both the bed and the pull-out couch without complaints. The patio is a very nice place to relax after a full day of exploration. I would definitely return!

Wonderful, quiet location in Stonington Borough close to everything
The property is in a quiet section of the Borough less than a block away from the Lighthouse Museum and the water; it is easy walking distance to Borough restaurants, shops, and beach. Host was extremely responsive to any questions we had and gave great recommendations for dining options, walking trails, etc. Beds were super-comfortable. The only thing preventing us from giving this 5 stars across the board would be parking; parking is whatever can be found on the street. We were fortunate that we could find spots within a block or so from the unit. We enjoyed our stay here!
