“I recently had the pleasure of staying at this motel, and I must say, my first impression was a mixed bag. The exterior initially gave me pause, but that concern was quickly alleviated upon meeting the host, who was warm, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant. The other guests I encountered were also friendly and courteous. “I have been traveling to Lake George for years as I love the beauty and activities of this area. Normally hotel stays are ok and nothing really wows me. Most need updating. I stayed at the Sundowner and was so pleased with everything! The rooms are updated and are decorated like adorable log cabins inside. The room was spotless and spacious! The staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a small issue with air conditioning and they sent someone right away to fix it. Kima at reception desk……

"Let's briefly introduce the hotel: the room is OK, and the bathroom has been newly decorated. The only thing is that the sound insulation is not good, and you can hear the sound of the next room.
