Attendant at breakfast was nice and checked in on us to see if we needed anything. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Would have appreciated a water fountain to refill water bottles. Otherwise all was well. Would stay here again. ”

“While the property is dated, the gentleman at the front desk was super friendly and super welcoming. When a place lacks in one area or even a couple, a wonderful welcoming goes 100 time further for us. We stayed in a 3 bedroom one pullout couch room. Everything was fine and clean. I am personally funny about smells, this particular room had a damp kind of dirty smell. My family was fine with it. But for me it was off. We are traveling across country, 2 adults and 3 teenagers. “We had a great time! Home is clean and put away. Close to everything in Buffalo, and the hiking/outdoor activities are just 10 minutes away. We would compare to Breckenridge, but without the crowds. We'll stay again!”
