"I could not get the room cool. Is the AC set to shut off to save energy? I even changed rooms. It was still HOT. Earplugs are provided. Never a good sign because the street is NOISY. Lady at the front desk was very helpful and professional. Much appreciated."

"no staff present on site. only check in was through a computer. room was clean but no tissues in room, only a small packet of shampoo to share between 2 people. Was told there would be a breakfast by this check in person there was breakfast between 8 and 10 and then when we can down there was none "

"The staff from the front desk to the pool were great. The room was very clean. I was disappointed when playing poker at the bar slots, the drinks were not complementary like in vegas. They could also use evening entertainment, even if it was just a piano bar."

"Hotel was conveniently located by the Sherman Theater where we had tickets to a show. We were able to walk to & from & felt safe walking at night. Staff was very personable & accommodating. Breakfast had a variety of choices & coffee was always available. Room was clean & beds/pillows comfortable. Only negative was odor in room & hall that was heavily scented with air freshener. We would stay here again when in town for a show."

"Loved everything about the property and location. Overall cleanliness is excellent. The room was very welcoming and clean except the shower. There was hair on the bodywash bottle and on the walls. Someone who has been in hospitality for over 15 years i understanding things can be missed unintentionally so it doesn't bother me as much. But it would help if the rooms were double checked."

"We had a wonderful stay in a very spacious room with a comfortable king size bed.very clean and it was very quite. Staff was very nice and helpful. The only thing I would recommend is bring your own sodas and juices, snacks and cream for your coffee. They do provide a kurig in the room and there is a fridge. Food is very expensive at the restaurants. 4.00 for a cup of milk."
