“We were in town for a wedding during a massive heat wave, host made sure the house was well cooled before we arrived. Everything was clean, and ready for us. We had a great time. Host even hunted down a lost item for us and got it back to us. Great experience.”

“The inside entrance had no light. The bulb was burned out. The house was not clean. When I walked in the entrance there was dirt and debris all over the floor and on the mat in front of the stairs and on the stairs. I went up the enormous amount of very narrow and steep stairs to the apartment.
