“Had to change room due to faulty electrics. Our original room was the smallest room I've ever seen for a twin. At the end of the day it's an easyhotel so you get what you pay for. Staff lady was very helpful.”

“Even though there are positives in that this hotel is located in a quiet area and has ample parking I do not know how it is rated a 4 star. The decor is from the 70’s and needs a serious update. Even though the website says there is a fan in the room I had to go down to reception and ask for one. The carpets need replacing and there is no ramp into the reception area so you have to carry any luggage up and down stairs. No fridge in the room either. “This is the worse hotel i’ve ever stayed in! There was a plate of beans and chips on a chair in one of the ‘lounge areas’ from the night we checked in (could have been there longer!) until the morning we left, which obviously was beginning to smell awful! The room was fine, it was clean, but awfully musty and stuffy.
