“Welcoming friendly team, plans had changed and received a free upgrade which was great. Spacious clean room with good facilities. Well equipped gym and nice size pool are available to use. Hotel was very good service abs facilities. Regretted eating in the restaurant for dinner. Restaurant managers customer service questionable and main meal was not at the quality we would have expected for 2 AA rosette restaurant, hot breakfast also basic. ”

“I was ill on the last day at the hotel with my IBS and the hotel allowed me to stay in my room until lunchtime to get well enough to leave free of charge. I felt that showed a compassionate and caring establishment for which my husband and I were very grateful. We had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend the Ufford Park.”
