“Had a great time in The Little House, perfect location for me and my dog. The sandy/grassy area before the beach is perfect for an active canine, and beyond the beach stretches as far as the eye can see in either direction. I did think the accommodation had wifi (an oversight on my part), but that wasn't a big problem. Great TV with Freeview - tho there is a knack to getting the handset the work - you need to know where to aim it! If I went again I would take a head torch and my dog's flashing……

“Our first stay in a shepherd's hut and it was absolutely brilliant everything we could ask for and more. The hosts were very helpful and friendly too. Lots of walks and fishing to be done in the area. Would definitely go again.”

“Perfect accommodation for a short break. Upstairs is decorated to a good standard in modern style. Everything you need. Kitchen/lounge/diner area. Very cosy and relaxing. Quite big bedroom with double bed and comfortable mattress. Downstairs at bottom of stairs is the toilet and a wet room with shower and under floor heating. Lovely and warm and nice decor. We used the accommodation for a two night stay so we could visit family nearby. Absolutely ideal. Just friendly and helpful. Thank you. ”

“Two adults stayed. Used both bedrooms. Very hot but able to open windows. Enjoyed the upstairs outside deck when we were there. Useful having washing machine. Plenty of street parking, but tight spaces & don’t rely on parking directly outside. Bathroom tiny but fit for purpose. Easy walk to beach front. Thank you ”

“We have stayed at slightly cheaper locations, but none as nice as this. With only a microwave in the kitchenette, it would be a challenge to cook a decent meal when the weather isn't nice (we were lucky so able to make use of the bbq).The wood-fired hot tubs were lovely though, as well as having the peacocks wandering around our feet when chilling on the deck with a glass of wine. Plus, the hosts were very attentive and made our stay very comfortable.We would definitely recommend Apple Mount to……
