"Overall the maintenance of this house was extremely poor. I would not recommend it for families or those with young kids. It is probably great for a frat party as they will not care what you do to this home given that it is already mostly trashed.It was definitely not worth the price point.More than half of the days we did not have hot water.There was a rat in the kitchen on our second to last day.
