“Great place to stay”

“The place is quiet and clean. It is easy to park.”

“When booking a luxury spa getaway, I primarily evaluate two factors: room ambiance (design, light, and comfort) and in-room amenities. On the first count, our king-size suite delivered. It was stunning—spacious, flooded with natural light, and outfitted with large windows and motorized shades. However, the in-room essentials fell short. At $650 a night in a secluded location, missing basic vanity supplies like lotion, shower caps, loofahs, dental kits, and sewing kits felt like a major……

“Considering this was a resort hotel, I would’ve expected spa Jacuzzi or a hot tub or a pool and at least continental breakfast and they didn’t seem to have any of that plus the staff wasn’t overly friendly either”

“The property is located very close to the Performing Arts Center. I would not recommend walking to a performance, but it is less than a mile from the venue entrance. The hostess is lovely and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious! We had a comfortable stay.”

“Renovations and improvements, along with staff members are exeptional”

“Run…run… fast as you can from this place, save your time and money! I’m surprised this place is open for business you have to pay $20 cash to get your key room and I didn’t even stay, I return the key soon as I see how filthy the room was, When I return the key and told the men in the office the room was dirty He told me you can complain much as you want bye! Unbelievable! I had to look for another place to stay”

“Management needs to be more generous with the quantity of "Continental Breakfast" items, which sold out around 8:45 and were not replenished. Many guests were left hungry, and this should be corrected.”
