"The check in process was easy to follow, super simple and efficient. All the information we needed was provided prior to us arriving in Breckinridge. The unit was in need of some TLC. There was a broken tile on the floor that could have caused injury to my toddlers and we had to park our stroller over it to try to avoid getting hurt. The carpet was in desperate need of cleaning but the bathrooms were clean. There was no grill in the complex even though the listing said there was a common grill. Location was great! We were able to walk to the gondola, shops and most restaurants."
"Stayed here for a few days to recover after hiking from Denver on the Colorado Trail. It was the perfect place to recover and enjoy local activities. Close to trails for running and hiking. The hotel has its own bike shop to rent mountain bikes at competitive rates, a gym, hot tubs, cafe, restaurant. It is a beautiful cozy and modern place that is walking distance from everything that Breckenridge has to offer. "

"Everyone working at the property was very welcoming and eager to answer questions and give suggestions. Property was beautiful and well-appointed. I didnt like being put next to the pool (Im a single) because children were literally screaming and yelling at the top of their lungs all day and into the evening. Parents did nothing. That was the only downside of my stay. Everything else was top-notch. Loved covered and secure parking and shuttle services too."

"My wife and I drop the kiddo off at camp a couple hours away and always make a stop in Breck. This was the perfect fit! Close to Main Street, grocery store and gondola, very easy coming and going. Parking was ample and the place is awesome. Very quiet at night, just what we needed!Host was very communicative, explained everything we needed to know and check in and out was a breeze. Would definitely recommend and will most definitely check for availability next year. Staying here during the season would just be that much better. Very well done, A!!"
"Our stay was as expected - no surprises. Property description is spot on. Owner checked in with us at the beginning and end of the stay. One issue was the room- as mentioned in other reviews there are no windows, even with the fans provided and the sliding door open at night, we couldn’t get the room cool enough (even with overnight temps in the 50s)."

"Had a wonderful time. Just being able to walk to the town was great. The condo did have everything that you needed for the kitchen. We did make many of our meals at the condo. The portable air conditioner kept the main room very cool, but the bedroom was a little hotter than I would have liked. We did use the fan to blow the cold air back to the bedroom. I will visit and stay again for sure. "

"By far the nicest home we have ever found on Vrbo! The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The beds were firm and comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The communication with the management company was easy as pie, and whenever a problem did arise, which was rare, the management company responded immediately."
