“The property and room were amazing; very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here. The only hiccup was the water was out to the property when we arrived, but that is rare and not really anyone's fault. Other than that, we enjoyed the pool, the room, and the convenience to town.”

“The one bedroom came with 1.5 bathrooms that made the stay more convenient. The condo also had huge TVs and high end appliances. It was located in walking distance to many restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay there again.”

“This is the 2nd time my family has chosen this hotel for our summer vacation. The pull-out couch comfortably slept two extra people. The kitchen was large and fully stocked. The room had two full-size bathrooms, which is a plus for families hustling to all get ready at the same time. However… I wish the hotel would have let us known prior to booking that there is a huge construction project on the property adjacent. As long as you are up and out by 7:00am, it will be no problem. It could be a……

“The staff was great. The only thing was no air conditioning in the rooms. Well, we got there. The room was very hot and the room I got. I had no screens in the bedroom.It seemed a little run down. Location was great. The views were spectacular.”

“It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.”

“The Village is in a great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Major problem is that you advertise free parking and they do not comply with that. You need to fix that and I also blame The Village management as they should have honored what you advertised seeing the are affiliated with you. The staff where not helpful. ”

“Perfect location for enjoying all that downtown Breckenridge has to offer. Room overlooked the Blue River facing East toward Main Street. Relaxing sounds of the water combined with beautiful scenery, wonderful weather, and location made this a great getaway from the heat and humidity back home.”
