“Loud occupants above us, so I asked for a second floor room and was told by the front desk there were none available. Yet I saw another guest check in and was given an upper floor.”

“It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.”

“Stay was fine-nothing special. Extremely small bathroom, slippery tub floor, disgusting old rug. Had to pay $40 for a resort fee and they don’t even offer free coffee in the morning. On top of that they make you pay yet an additional $45 just to park your car for one stupid night-not even 24hrs. Ridiculous. We were not impressed. Also expedia charged us $339 for the room and 2 days later it was $70 less…but of course no one would honor the lower price.”

“you get turn down service every other day. got double charged once for the hotel once for Expedia, Seemed like a lot of hidden fees. super expensive parking. Breakfast was okay the fruit and waffles were the best part.”
