“Rooms were fabulous- had every amenity if you wanted to prepare meals. The pool was definitely heated and the 4 differently shaped hot tubs were such fun. The fire pit was delightful in the evening. The shuttle service back and forth to town was very convenient. Staff very friendly and accommodating”

“The staff were all extremely nice and helpful. They made sure to accommodate you with all your needs. The property is in a great location. In site coffee shop was a plus. The property was nice, clean and kept. Some areas outside could use some maintenance and upkeep. Those areas were on the backside. Overall I would stay again and recommend to others.”

“The rooms are pretty basic (to very bad, our pull out couch was horrible as the parent that had to sleep on it). The location is the entire selling point. It’s ski in ski out, the ski school is walkable and you can easily access all other amenities. If you are prioritizing location over comfort I would consider staying here.”

“It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.”

“The property has recently been remodeled with an upscale modern look on the inside. The rooms have also been remodeled and are spacious with nice amenities. The property located conveniently to chairlifts with walking access.”

“Location, location, location! This hotel is in the perfect spot for exploring Breckenridge on foot. We walked everywhere—shopping, restaurants, bars, and all the downtown attractions were just minutes away. The hotel itself was great, and while the breakfast was just okay, the coffee was delicious. One of the best perks is that Breckenridge Brewery is literally right out front and is a fantastic place to grab a drink and meal. For breakfast, Cool River Coffee House was absolutely delicious,……

“Big trucks in the parking garage beware during busy season. Room was small. No where to even put 3 suitcases in a double queen. Hotel was practically empty and they put us in a room with a view of construction fencing. All the furniture was old and beat up in the room. Folgers coffee for breakfast with a "resort fee". Not sure I would call the place a resort.”

“the check in was easy, the young man was awesome and friendly. the room was ok but the patio chairs had bird poop all over them and hadn't been wiped down . The breakfast was terrible. no meat and the coffee disgusting. an oily film floating in the coffee and a terrible taste. the machine must be old or something.”
