I adore this hotel and this was my 4th stay here and I will stay here again. I say this first because this stay definitely had its struggles. The cold water faucet had hot water coming out of it for the first minute and a half until it cooled down enough to luck warm for use. This happened every time I went to use the sink or the shower...and was very inconvenient to wait each time. And no, the hot water was also hot....there was something going on throughout the building with the water line and the poor maintenance person was working on it the whole time. The shampoo was also out but quickly replaced. We were right next to the housekeeping room, so lot of noise throughout the day with that...which is good that the staff is consistently cleaning throughout the day, but its loud. If the doors were not see through at the bottom and met the floor (there is an inch and a half of space from bottom of doors to the floor) , it would help with reducing the noise. The beds were super comfy, the location is great, the room was clean, and all else was good. The water was really a huge pain and I so hope its fixed for my next Stay. Thank you :)
