“The hotel was in a safe, quiet area of Cayala however the bathroom had a sewer smell; we had to request to be moved to a different floor, it took a bit of borderline argument to get them to move us. We had the 1 bedroom loft which was nice but we could’ve liked a little more space.
Also when I booked I was under the understanding that the “host” will meet us at Ck in and that I would get an email with Ck in information when in reality they have staff member at the front counters 24 hrs.
