“the egg dishes each day looked over-cooked, the first breakfast the bananas were very much black in color, not yellow, second day they were fresh.
the shower had no pressure to it, the first day and a half FOX news was not on the staff said there had been having issues but nothing they could do. The next day it was on.
The bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower get and loction were all about empty. I ask for them to be filled and they got 3 out 4.
Pillow were awful as well.

“I spent my birthday at Brownwood. It was an amazing place to stay. Everything was top tier. I really enjoyed the spa and all of the amenities. It’s really a hidden gem.”
