"Wonderful property that allowed me to disconnect and relax. The home was comfortable and clean. Although this may seem weird, the towels were hotel quality and the sheets were clean and fresh. I appreciate this because I’ve stayed at some rentals that the sheets and towels were very questionable. I had everything I needed. Would definitely stay here again. Great communication by the property manager. They were awesome!"

"Our stay at the property was exactly what we needed. We live in NYC and needed a quiet getaway to start planning our wedding and this place provided the peace and quiet we needed. It is EXACTLY like the listing says, both in pictures and description….which is rare. All of the extra amenities(hot tub, grill, etc.) worked wonderfully and we can’t wait to go back and unwind at this fantastic property again!"

"The Chapel at Upland was the perfect 2-day getaway for me and my two teenage children! We wanted something tucked away but that also had a pool. The added bonus was the tennis court. Both the pool and tennis court are new and well-tended. Our dog was able to roam the property and get her own little vacation too. The house is cute, good for 4 people. The host, Lisa, is super friendly and helpful. 5 stars!"

The outdoor sitting area overlooking the view was outstanding. "This is a beautiful property. We had a lovely view of the sunrise on the mountain before we drove to Hunter to ski (about 11 miles / 16 minutes away) and then enjoyed the living room fireplace each evening. The property is close to both Hunter and Phoenicia for breakfast, dinner, or shopping but quiet and secluded enough to feel private and restful. We hope to come back in the summer to enjoy breakfast by the creek and dinner on the large deck."

"Location of property was great. Home was very clean, kitchen well stocked, nice bathrooms, comfortable beds and nice towels. Great for 2-4 people. Didn’t have a lot of luck with places to eat; however, we were there on a Sunday to Wednesday so some restaurants are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Extra pluses were a welcoming bottle of wine and a bag of local coffee. Small negatives were the on/ off of the heater is very loud and occasionally there is an unpleasant odor in the home??"
