"Very convenient location to the airport and Port Everglades. Front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We got our room early and that was a huge convenience. Rooms are spacious, beds are weirdly high -lol- but very comfortable. Parking on site is an extra charge but nothing crazy. If we ever cruise from FLL, will definitely stay at the Crowne Plaza. "

"Poor on beach facilities "

"Room was pretty standard. TV had good quality and good channels selection. Shower door was weird and shower was small. Water has an odd color to it. Limited food choices, especially for children. Check- in desks were in an odd place. Elevator was crowded and difficult to use at times due to security feature requiring key card to go to guest floors. People sometimes missed their floor stops because they could not get to the card reader due to crowded elevator. "

"Locatio, location, location. Across the street from the beach, with a few dining and drinking options with a 2 block walk. Decent little spot, but pool is tiny, amenities limited. Staff are great."

"Clean, big room. We were happily surprised that it was more a suite than a hotel room. Closer to the boardwalk and each than we expected. "

"Dirty bathroom that had a sewer backup smell, undersized bath towels, and a very loud exhaust fan. Cheap, tired room furniture. There's a pretty good sports bar/restaurant at the hotel next door, but other than that there is nothing within walking distance. The cruise port and airport shuttles are the best things this property has going for it. It's tolerable for a night before or after a cruise, but not really a longer stay. "

"This was a great place to stay. It was the center for activity on the boardwalk . There was a lot offered to do at property and on beach. It was very clean. The staff was also very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"Incredibly friendly staff. Gorgeous suite right on the beach!! Beautiful outdoor space. Clean rooms. Fabulous gift ship. This was my 3rd stay here. I will be back! "
