“We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. ”

“Our family (2 adults, 2 children) just returned from a 3 night stay at Nestay Sentier. Would highly recommend as a viable family destination or couples. It was an excellent experience across the board - from the friendly arrival and being able to keep our luggage as we explored the area before check-in. Great communication prior to our time at the property, what to expect, and how everything works. We found this to be a perfect blend between a traditional hotel and short term rental……

“all good, except there was left over smell after cleaning (smell like detergent). I am sensitive on odour and need to open the balcony door overnight to clear the smell.”

“No reception; though elevator is very new, it is on 1st floor, which means you need to carry luggage up 1 storey. The room itself is remarkable, functioning AC throughout, 2 toilets and 3 baths for a 2 double beds apartment(and 1 sofa bed), 2 TVs, dining table, cooking space, fridge, kettle and coffee machines, disc player, books, all essential cookwares, wash-dryer, steam iron, excessive hangers, and an extremely detail instruction book on every possible item and recommendation you could think……

“羅浮宮、地鐵站、商圈步行可達，週邊環境佳、安全性可。無固定清潔需額外付費！ 住宿期間，晚間突發性停電導致不少房客無法入房（電子房卡），房務人員處理緩慢（我們於黑暗的大廳等待超過5hrs，才前來處理），雖用備用鑰匙打開房門，但房客依舊「抹黑住宿」，無任何其他處理及慰問、直到天亮才回覆供電。 希望後續針對緊急情況有好的處置。”
