We had 8 people, from 17 yrs old and up. The beach is less than a block walk. The back yard pool, hot tub, gazebo, grill, fire pit and shed (with pool and beach gear) provided all-day fun and convenience. The house and accommodations were clean, comfortable and well maintained, and Kay was very attentive and responsive. This was a memorable trip for our families and we plan on returning. Everything was clean and plenty of room for all of us. Access to beach was a short walk and easy. We especially enjoyed the back yard area. We spent a lot of time outside. Even though it was summer we enjoyed the hot tub. Nice way to relax and unwind. I was initially concerned about the parking however we had plenty of room with 4 large SUV's. The beach was within walking distance and the neighbors were super friendly and the neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely recommend this house. ##### Stephanie K. We enjoyed the large living space, extremely clean hot tub and pool, and grill and fire pit area. All conveniently located to public beach access. The property is exactly as described and was perfect for our party of 10\. The house was very clean, fully equipped and very conveniently located.
