The staff was very friendly, the property was centrally located and updated with all the amenities including table and chairs, fridge/freezer, great shower, comfortable bed. There was a full breakfast served in the morning. I would definitely stay again.

It does not look like much from the outside but they have upgraded all the rooms. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the staff does a great job.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Coffee and maker were good. Refrigerator was good. The bath tub/shower was old with many cracks in the tub. The heater/air conditioner was very noisy, It would wake us up when it first kicked in. Room 124

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are newly renovated and management is active in running the property, attending to guests needs. Overall, it’s a basic place to stay, but felt safe and well cared for. The location has walkable restaurants and services close by.

Very nice hotel. I lived the floors vs. carpet! The ice machine is pretty disgusting! Our room needed a bit of work in the bathroom (shower head wall cover had come away from wall and a hole was visible and the wall looked like it had some water damage! Overall, it was a nice stay! Bed was ver comfortable and I lived the plantation shutters. Very bright and airy!!

The room looked recently remodeled, but they did a sloppy job. There was no remote for the TV. The refrigerator made a clicking noise. Poor insulation, we could hear neighbors next. The location was good for our one night stay on our road trip.

We were surprised how nicely renovated & comfortable the hotel was. It is definitely on or list for the place to stay as we stop in Susanville. We would highly recommend it to anyone that needs a nice clean place to stay for the night.
